They took the double gold away for watching videos after about 30 minutes. I turned in a ticket, and the smart ass customer service rep sent back "I wold like to bring to your kind notice that the double gold is for special offers in the game and not for watching videos." Assholes......
@blueleopard please help. I uninstalled the app and reinstalled and the game still crashes. I can do everything except play a prime bonus game. When I press play app closes out immediately
wish customer care would at least acknowledge the issue and let me recover my team with my email backup. Once I couldn't open the app I made the stupid mistake of deleting the app and re-installing. Now I can't log in.... DAMN YOU GLU
Yes. I removed the app and downloaded it again. but lost my team. It will not allow me to log in. I contacted customer care and haven't received a response yet.
I couldn't open my app after the update. I removed the app, re-downloaded it, and now I can't log back in even though I had it backed up with my email. I sent a message to customer care 2 hours ago with no response.
