I think they did change a few things. Im not sure on everything yet, but training times have definitely dropped which is super awesome. I was able to train multiple guys in one day yesterday! As for the defense issue, im not quite sure. Maybe you need to reboot the game?

Francis thanks for the help/advice. I used the Contact Support through Tapjoy and got my gems back (109 gems so im glad i did!). I also tested a few tasks on Tapjoy and it looks like its working again.

Have you tried any of the gem based heroes? I have a couple, but only because i got gems through Tapjoy (free methods). So far I got Nyxx and Leogan.
