• Same thing happened to me. Glu said I was jailed for using an exploit or cheat tool. I would know how to do that, Sorry guys sounds like you've been "jailed" You can play the game, just can't chat or play any Events.

• I reported this issue through the customer care section of the app. this is the response I got. I have no clue who "TheCudjo" is. I've messaged back that they were wrong. After 4 days. I've got no rresponse.
