You have to reach level 10 all stars then you have to make a few more purchases as well.. it will not happen as soon as you hit level 10 tho.. spend more cash and you will get it.. unless your a problem player.. good luck to you!

I can agree but they don't... the amount of green you spend puts you on the radar for VIP, then everything else comes after from what I have read..

I've heard that you had to achieve level 9 to get VIP? Or is it complete level 9? I have not reached 10 yet but completed 9 and have not got VIP. It seems no one really knows what it takes. Can someone please explain because customer service does not do a good job at saying what we need to achieve VIP status.. Thanks

I am in the same boat.. I had reached level 9 and I am not VIP.. I participate in the forums somewhat, like glu on Twitter and Facebook and play the game consistantly.. From what I was told by cs that it was only offers now. I tried a few offers and what I noticed was I never got my gold and they sold my email address.
