Still haven't received Nicki's Birthday Event

Hello, I unlike the other's who've posted still haven't received Nicki's Birthday Event, or any of the starter offers/events. I've only received the Christmas banner pop-up & the Michael Costello banner. I've already completed the tutorial so I'm very sad that I might miss out on such nice items & would like some information as to why many player's aren't receiving it & what we should do. Thank you
