Can't watch videos for crowns

Support Ticket Made- Yes

I have been playing for some time and I have only been able to watch videos for the first 2 days,
After that,
It says that I have watched all the videos for the day but it has been days since I have been able to watch videos for crowns,
Is anyone else having this problem or is it just me?

Stopped updating Kim Kardashian: Hollywood since phone wont support 5.6update, quitting when it stops letting me play5.5game, game transferring not working so cant change devices to continue with new updates, cant do events or get new stuff

    I'm able to get videos to play for free crowns on my device, I'll check with our engineers and see why this might be happening to you. If you don't mind sharing, which country are you in?
