Game Keeps Crashing

I'm not sure if it's just me, but the game will begin to load and after it's finished loading all I see is a black screen. You can still hear the music playing in the background for a few seconds before it crashes. I emailed app support (took them 3 days to respond) and all they did was show me troubleshoot options - which I've already done.

Idk what else to doooooo

    I just install this game it loads for 40% then it crashes .. I really dont know what to do

    LOL. This is so frustrating because I'm missing out on the weekend event. Glu Support (who sucks at responding) says "I'm not seeing any problems on our end." .... I've done all the troubleshoot requirements and it still isn't working.
