It bought me back to the main screen to make a whole new person after crashing. I have lost everything. I can see my awards that i earned already but not my person and level and money and crowns and etc...

    Did you managed to log in through Facebook when you were playing? If so it saves your data and once your on that menu screen you can log in and it will bring you back were you last left off.
