HOW TO FIX IT?
Hey, queen013762... Try contacting the in-game support and send in a ticket and explain everything, include as much information about your game (game code, platform that you're on, screenshots, amount of GB, etc.) that way it should at least should speed up the process. Also if I'm not wrong since they have mentioned a work around solution from before to try and fix this issue, this is just a guess but they're probably aware of it and on their way to getting it fixed.
