Failure to download game asset

Hey. Is there some sort of dervice maintenance going on because my game does not want to load. It crased and now it does not load

    I don't know they're so low with letting it's users on what's going on... All the social media platforms for the game just posted a photo for the new "LaBourjoisie Clothing". This has been happening to me for the past hour now, actually interrupted my conversation with a friend in the game when it crashed.

    So is it something with the server or there installing an update or whatever? It is very frustration because my problems has not been attended to as yet and it is a little over a month it is occuring

    I have the same issue. It's been going on for about 3 hours now and I was in the middle of doing a task and now I can't complete it.
