IS THIS FORUM STILL ALiVE?

Uh, NMTE in-game support is no help so I thought that this forum should be more useful...somehow. I'm just wondering if there's really an active moderator or GLU staff to deal with the customers'(players) inquiries about sooooo many issues. Because I believe that after waiting for gazillion years for their response, what we're all only getting is just like an auto-reply saying "we'll get back to you soon" like WHAT? *WF face*

    I would say the forum is some what active with NMTE players. If we are talking about GLU staff's there is one game developer named GluHortus who would probably go online once in a blue moon (replying is another story). No active moderators, basically just us players helping each other out.

    I agree... I've been waiting for a reply on my ticket for a few days now because my game wouldn't get recent bundles/update and by then once their auto reply would come in those offers would already be gone.
