Friends having trouble entering my penthouse.

A couple of my friends say it won't let them in my penthouse. I've tried locking & unlocking my room and that doesn't work either... any suggestions?

    Hey, LipstiksNLabels! Have you tried to contacting the in-game support to see what they have to say on the issue? I would suggest connecting on a reliable strong wifi connection, most likely the issue is coming from your game.

    I found this similar thread where the player is also having the same issue... are you having any trouble connecting to your friends home? sorry for not being much help but that's all I've come to mind right now
