Like really

It's been a while like more than and a half and I still can't play this game after spending over $400 I'm so angry with the whOle glu company..you say summit a ticket then this be keeps happening. No refunds no replies no nothing like you guys needs to give ppl some of their money back since this game is continuing to F up no other glu game but this?but the boring glu games work such as kim.k thone are boring games I'm just asking for some time of refund that way I can delete this stupid app satisfied you guys not helping at all just give me so.we of my money back I spent but can't even use smfh please please please just hive me so etching back that way I can literally never contact u fools again.
