It won't really affect me, but if it's indeed 'forced' progression, I think that's a huge deal and something I personally strongly disagree with. If I can get confirmation, I'll post it here.
Lots of people flipping out. I want to see how the champions rewards actually play out and the odds of the boxes, etc, etc....At a glance, it looks bad, but I still need more details.
This is where the game has changed. It's very reasonable to win all the top accolades(in majors) during the week w/o even buying any boxes. Like I said earlier, I rarely buy any boxes during the week(other than potw) and I can't recall the last time we got below 2nd. I'm not exactly a moocher either. edit: this approach…
It really just depends on how you approach the game. If you're a casual player, you can pretty much ignore relievers. For those that appreciate eye candy and/or want to win every single game, closers are a nice luxury.
I didn’t buy a single box today(usually don’t buy weekday boxes in general). We got first and I got mvp(majors). The accolade is solid. It saves us quite a bit of gold on the weekends, which is really the only time I buy boxes.
It's been awhile, but it's not difficult to reverse engineer it and compare stats. For example, if a right-handed batter has 10% skill vs rhp and he's batting similarly vs left and righty pitchers, then it's reasonable to surmize that the platoon advantage is worth 10%. Fwiw, when I make lineup decisons(Eb/cvc), I value…
Normally, you’d be on point with the woh set, but it’s actually part of the optimal lineup this weekend. Without it, you’ll be at a huge disadvantage. Its one of the two sets I have and will likely get me mvp in a majors this weekend.
Getting players isn't 'difficult' when you don't 'need' them. I have an alt that that still has ads, never watches videos, etc....no vip so no multiplier, extra gifts, etc.....and i have a full lineup of d10 bats. I have several atgs capped at d10 and can easily cycel woh and score decent in cvc/EB. It is, however,…
Par for the course, glu was very generous and virtually(pun intended lol) pampered us. It was nice to see faces and hear voices of various usernames. The timing of the council meant that the primary topics would be focused on '22. A lot of it is still pending and we signed NDAs so there's not a lot I can say in that…
We are in a tight battle vs some autotappers. We've led all weekend and now, there's a 24x multiplier for bgs overnight...for five hours. Gg. After grinding all weekend, I guess it's time to get back to being a functional adult. I ain't mad, but obv, I'm disappointed.
Ok ok, I get it. I don’t know how to count. 😂 If you’re expecting/hoping for glu to adjust their flags for jailing accounts, imo, that ship has sailed. I’ve said it before but the fact that CS is unjailing accounts(something they normally wouldn’t do) speaks volumes. Anyways, I feel for the guys that are finding out about…
That's prob true of the grinders out there who felt that they couldn't otherwise compete(they're right), but most of those dudes are allergic to the grind.
1)I got the ball rolling by creating awareness and bringing the situation to light with the devs. They’ve since relayed it to CS, who now unjails accounts that have that particular flag. 2)The jailing issues have been a thing for the past month plus so it’s reasonable to assume that their flags won’t get adjusted. Yet…..…
The worst part is that guys think they’re cheating glu. 🙄 For me, it’s not that much different than when guys ‘yell’ online and act like children. It’s like, who does that in the real world and for me, that’s when I realized that I gotta let things go. None of this is ‘real’ so I’m not going to let randoms sweat me like…
My club and I feel your frustration, but at the end of the day, it's still a game. Everyone is entitled to have fun and some will do so at the expense of others. That's life. It would be ideal if glu would enforce their TOS, but it is what it is. My unsoliciated advice would be to move on. You are always in control of what…
