When Racing Rivals 2.0 launched it included a nifty "?" button. This pulled up our FAQ/Helpshift system.
Soon, all customer service inquiries will have to be made through that system as we are moving towards that one and closing our old system (Don't worry, we'll answer all the old tickets before we do that)
Through this system you can search for answers to various questions before asking us and if you can't find what you are looking for, you can then contact Customer Service.
There is the In-game mobile version and a Web Version.
One of the benefits of this system is that when corresponding with CS replying to your own reply will NOT move you to the end of the queue. That will only happen when we reply.
