Over the course of the last five years, Racing Rivals has grown into one of the most hardcore racing games in the world. This loyal community has spent countless hours competing in millions of races in “winner take all” fashion – all in the name of Turf Wars and pink slips.

However, all good things must come to an end… After spending time evaluating Rivals and its future – we’ve decided that it’s time to move on. Simply put, the revenue generated from Racing Rivals unfortunately no longer covers the cost of operations. This was not an easy decision to make.

On March 31st, 2019 – Rivals will be racing off into the sunset, and will be permanently shut down. Current players have until this date to utilize any accumulated virtual currency. We’ll be offering some massive reductions in the cost of crates, installs and repairs in addition to a reduction on timers as you race your way into the history books. Effective immediately, no new in-app purchases will be permitted.

In closing, a resounding and sincere THANK YOU to our extremely driven fans for your loyalty and dedication over the years – we hope you’ve enjoyed playing Racing Rivals as much as we’ve enjoyed creating it.

Yeah, i was sooo happy, Foxx told me to pm him, i PMed him twice, one was yesterday, and a few days again and its a month since no reply. I will keep complaining, that's for sure. I would say a few things but i won't. I wonder when do i get my account back. I have lost it on DECEMBER 18, my first email was sent on the same day... That's very strange, CIE. I would be kind of OK with it if scammers wouldnt be here, but i have lost most of my cars to scammers, also lots of money, and i could give those back to myself from my old account. But HELL NO. All i got is ONE piece of email, asking for some info, and one little reply from Foxx asking me to PM him. And Foxx, you were online today, still, i didn't get my account back, and I didn't get any replies from you. I have seen a few replies from you to others which is pretty nice that you do something about customers. You made me be disappointed. I am disappointed in the whole CIE team. yes i know there are not 500 players here and you guys get a lots of emails asking for help. But if you asked me to PM you, why don't you reply? Did you atleast check it? I like(d) this game a lot.. But this scares me away from playing. I was always the ine who didn't get help from Customer Service, even if i was told this and that by the Company's workers, all i got is a few reply but i didn't get what i was (t)here for. So as I've said, i'm very disappointed, i have even told some of my friends, they said i should also ask for something plus (but that's stupid, isn't it, CIE? I don't deserve anything, and also I don't pay, so..(i have thinking that you guys also take paying players to a VIP level because mostcompanies are like that)).
