Accounts are never deleted. So if you find that you can no longer access your account, more than likely its because it was never linked with either Game Center, Google Play or Facebook.
Racing Rivals does not have a dedicated login system. The information te app needs to find that account is saved locally on your device by default. Should you delete the app, that info is also deleted. Which means your device no longer knows which account to access.
By linking it with either Game Center, Google or Facebook, your device will use those services to find your account.
If you find yourself unable to access an account, we will need to link it to a Game Center, Google or Facebook account that you can access from your device. However, we do not have access to these accounts. They are provided to us only if it is linked to a racer.
So what has to happen? Well, we would need to take a racer linked to a GC,GP or FB account and switch it with the Racer you need access to. If you do not have a GC,GP or FB account you will need to create one. Then you will need to link it to a racer. If you have one, make sure you are logged into it on your device, and create a racer and link it.
Once that is done, you can submit a ticket to us using the "?" in game with ALL of the following:
Game Center/Google Play (not the email):
or
Facebook Login Email Address:
Racer linked to that account:
Racer you need access to:
Once we have all that we will swap accounts and then you can access the linked Racer on any compatible device logged onto the GC, GP or FB account.
Note that all we do is switch Racer accounts as is. We do not merge or transfer cars and cash from one Racer account to another Racer account.
We also do not move Racers from one Game Center account to another. Same with Google Play accounts.
We can link accounts to both Game Center and Google Play. Same steps as above.
A Game Center account and Google Play account can only have 1 Racer linked to it.
Facebook can have multiple, but you would only be able to access the newest account.
