However, all good things must come to an end… After spending time evaluating Rivals and its future – we’ve decided that it’s time to move on. Simply put, the revenue generated from Racing Rivals unfortunately no longer covers the cost of operations. This was not an easy decision to make.
On March 31st, 2019 – Rivals will be racing off into the sunset, and will be permanently shut down. Current players have until this date to utilize any accumulated virtual currency. We’ll be offering some massive reductions in the cost of crates, installs and repairs in addition to a reduction on timers as you race your way into the history books. Effective immediately, no new in-app purchases will be permitted.

Sikas Shyt and I have solved the solution and this 1 post is all you need. Stop making new threads. Yes we know this game was programmed horribly. But let's start playing this game again!
Note: This was tested on the games Sniper and Quiz Up. I haven't tried it with Racing Rivals yet because I'm still scared, but will update this post when I do! (actually hoping some others do this first lol)

1) Before you do anything, check that this game is listed somewhere in your Game Center app (the one that shows all the games on your device).
2) Now DO NOT ever delete a game/app by going through Settings > General > Usage > Game. Read the next steps on why.
3) The key to deleting and reinstalling where you left off is you need to get the 2nd message of Two that says "Do you want to keep achievements/data in Game Center". However, you need to click YES to the 1st message that will say "Deleting this game will delete all data and documents".
4) You only get the 1st message if you delete a game/app through Settings > General > Usage > Game. DO NOT DO THIS!
5) Instead, delete game/app by holding icon on Home Screen until it wobbles and hitting the X. You will get TWO MESSAGES. Click YES on the first. Then click KEEP on the second.
6) After your game/app is deleted, go install it again from the Store.
7) Login with the same info you used before you deleted it.
8) I just did both methods for Sniper and Quiz Up. For Sniper, I lost everything because I went through Settings > General > Usage > Game. For Quiz Up, I kept everything because I deleted from the Home Screen.

3) When asked if you want to delete and lose all information, hit YES
4) When asked if you want to keep Game Center info, hit KEEP
5) Go back to App Store and reinstall - it takes several minutes
6) Important! On first start after reinstall, you will be asked about whether to load existing profile found in Game Center, hit LOAD. Do not hit CONTINUE. You will just be creating multiple profiles and probably even more screwed.
7) Now I'm playing and having a blast LOL!
For everyone:
Before deleting game, the app took 1.8 GB of space.
Now after reinstall with everything back, the app takes just 327 MB of space.
Huge improvement. It also loads 10x faster.
I have seen on their Facebook page that they are working on a fix so I guess if your not keen on trying it, probably wait a few days till they provide an update.
