Over the course of the last five years, Racing Rivals has grown into one of the most hardcore racing games in the world. This loyal community has spent countless hours competing in millions of races in “winner take all” fashion – all in the name of Turf Wars and pink slips.

However, all good things must come to an end… After spending time evaluating Rivals and its future – we’ve decided that it’s time to move on. Simply put, the revenue generated from Racing Rivals unfortunately no longer covers the cost of operations. This was not an easy decision to make.

On March 31st, 2019 – Rivals will be racing off into the sunset, and will be permanently shut down. Current players have until this date to utilize any accumulated virtual currency. We’ll be offering some massive reductions in the cost of crates, installs and repairs in addition to a reduction on timers as you race your way into the history books. Effective immediately, no new in-app purchases will be permitted.

In closing, a resounding and sincere THANK YOU to our extremely driven fans for your loyalty and dedication over the years – we hope you’ve enjoyed playing Racing Rivals as much as we’ve enjoyed creating it.

Before I started this, I had $30.00 in my account. I opened Racing Rivals and was hoping to load up on gems. I purchased the $9.99 gems package and I get the pop up saying that the purchase was successful. After I closed the pop there was an error code that said "Unable to complete action. (206)(FR)" I thought I was just my connection messing up so I rebooted and checked if I the gems came in. THEY DIDNT. I purchased them again(2nd time purchasing and same thing happened, the pop up came up saying that it was successful and the same rr error code was right behind it) but still no gems. I tried this once more (3rd time purchasing $9.99 gems package), but got the same results. I thought it might just be the gems pack or something. So I attempted to purchase the $19.99 gems package (knowing that no gems came in and thinking that my $30.00 was still in my account) and it told me that I had no more cash left. I need help.

    All they will more than likely say is to "submit a ticket and wait for your reply, may take up to two weeks". . They are working more towards developing the next update before moving to help all the customers that submitted tickets. Seems legit to fix the problem before more people are angry for the same reason. Hope this helps ya out a lil.

    Sorry bro but thanks for letting me know about your topic man! Passing it on right now bro sorry for the wait. Like I told you sometimes it is apples end that doesnt give the credits. Basically you buy from the game, the game then sends it to apple apple processes the request then sends what is needed back to the game then finally the game is gives the player what they have paid for. Again though not making an excuse just saying this SOMETIMES happens though not all the time which is why I will pass it on to Ryyst! Thanks man!
