Cie / Glu games won't take down videos of Racing Rivals cheats/hacks/modification

I had found some youtube videos of how to cheat Racing Rivals and how to modify Racing Rivals game assets illegally and i contacted customer support about it. first, i report a forum website that contains illegal Racing Rivals modded files and i got this message

After i got this message, i sent a message including links of youtube videos to customer support but i got the same message again

Aren't they responsible for this??? don't they know that this is a violation of Terms of use??? they work at CIE / GLU games. they own this game. the game is COPYRIGHTED. can't they simply take down all the videos by report the video as copyright issue???

Peoples still continue cheating Racing Rivals. if you want to stop cheat, take down the videos. i sent youtube videos to GLU support where Nikhil replied to me at June 18, 2015 | 18:37 +0200
