Hello.
I did the Europa Casino offer more than 10 days ago, and have not yet received the gem reward.
I contected Fyber, and after 2 proof requests that I sent as requested, I was told that it was proven and that they would contact the provider to finish the process and give the gems as requested. They also said this process would take 2-3 days.
That was 6 days ago, and I have not received anything, and subsequent communication attempts have just gone unanswered.
That "Offer" had an obligation to charge the account with 10€ which I did, so considering I actually have invested money on this, I would really like to get the reward gems for it.
If it helps, Fyber ticket number for this issue is: 2015071211059828
My in-game name is CODEOVERFLOW, connected to the google play on the email
[email protected]I already lost the 3x reward because it ended a few days ago, still sucks but I would like at least to get the normal amount at least.

Indeed.
I get that RR do not have direct control over Fyber, but if you have an SLA with another company and they are not holding their part, then they need to step it up or that contract is void.
I'm glad to give the feedback, but hoe do you suggest we that already have been "affected" do to resolve our issues? I mean we did pour money into this, and I don't generally throw money away happily. Even less so when I feel I got robbed.
Special offers for Racing Rivals are handled by a third party company called Fyber.
The simplest way to check on the status of your offers and contact Fyber for assistance is through the "Special Offers" page in game. At the top right corner of the Special Offers page there is a button that says "Support" or “?”, depending on your device, which will allow you to check your offer status and more.
Once an offer is completed and the estimated time has passed, try force quitting the app and relogging. You should see the gems applied to your account.
If the estimated waiting time has past and you did not receive your payout, a "Report" button will appear. Tap on that to report the issue to Fyber.
You can also contact Fyber by visiting their homepage: http://www.fyber.com/ - in your contact, please include your Fyber ID number located on the bottom of the Status page.
Please be aware that the completion time for offers ranges from instant to several days, which is noted in the offer status. If you have any issues with offer completion, you must contact the offer provider through the link above. Racing Rivals is unable to directly investigate any offers you have participated in.
That is exactly the procedure I followed to the letter. And even then, i was left burned.
I understand that fyber is a separate entiry in the peocess and hence you can't interfere with the process.
There is one problem with that "standard answer" though. Well, more than one, but i'm addressing the major one.
Yes, you are not in control of the offers, yea it is fyber, and even them have to deal with a 3rd company that the offer actually belongs too. But this is in your game. It is part of it. And not only that, inside and even outside of the game RR "invites" the user to see the videos and do the offers.
So ultimately, people will "blame" you (the game) because it was the game that pushed them towarss the exact feature that made them lose money and effectively scammed them.
Like I said, in my main account, unfulfilled offers round the 25% mark, on my secondary that number rises to 50%.
Despite their fame and your worda that they are the most reliable (maybebthey were once idk) you can't just expect users to just bend over and take it if they get screwed over.
When I read EricNMs reply I was flabergasted. Not that something like that happened, but the way he wrote that he already expects those to fail ans that there ia nothing to so, ao just bend over and hold on tight pretty much. When your consumer base goes in your product with a mindset ready that he is going to get scammed and there is nothing to be done, is just a horrible thing.
Sry for the wall of text. I tried to type as better as I could (on the phone)
Take a look for yourself

You told me to contact Fyber support, and that you never heard anything about this before (washing colors issues). Well, the problem is elsewhere, but mostly people saying that the game is impossible but also that they never get paid for it.

So, I'm not the only one. I have sent several emails already to Fyber. They always tell me the same thing. Make sure you login, then beat the game, then you will get rewarded. bs. Don't they get it! I CAN'T LOG IN! I already told them, and they send me the same email with a seemingly predetermined message. Have they looked at the website themselves? It says 1667 gems are still verifying in my Fyber offer wall. By now I should be getting 6000+ for beating 5 times and all of the wasted time lol
But seriously, I am a huge fan of racing and have already put a lot of money into this game, and I actually need to stop. So these free offers are the only thing keeping me playing this game. If this kind of crap continues I may just have to stop playing. I'm serious. It takes up more time than it's worth trying to complete these offers. Since some of the cars cost gems, I can't compete in turf wars without it.
So I think it is kind of your responsibility. Your google play score is 3.9 probably because of this kind of stuff. The game is great, when it's not bugging or glitching, but this scamming, spammy offer stuff needs to be addressed, it IS reflecting on your game negatively, and is probably losing you money and players.
And here is another little problem with the assumption that Fyber is the most reliable. How did you come to that conclusion? Because if you just heard that they are, who's to say that they didn't change in anyway? And if everyone says that they are reliable, it does not make it so. If we spread some kind of idea like that, then it could become kind of like a circular argument. Racing Rivals Support, have you tried to complete all of the offers? Or any of them? The only way to know if they are reliable is to test them out yourself.
Because when people come and say "Fyber is not reliable", saying that they are the most reliable is not a sufficient response. It's like saying "because I know" when someone asks you how you know the world will end tomorrow.
No we didn't just "hear" about them. We've had relationships with several similar companies and services, and they happened to be one of the better services. Regardless, we'll provide feedback, however as it is a whole separate company there isn't really anything we can do to assist with issues from their end.

No, but there is something you can do, maybe make your gems cheaper, or your cash? Not just give discounts when we already buy something --which in my opinion just seems a little shady. Maybe you can make it so we can buy gems with cash and visa versa? Oh, well I guess you will lose YOUR money that way. Oh well...
One more thing. It's a logical fallacy to assume that because a company has been reliable in the past, that they will remain reliable. You are dismissing our complaints BECAUSE they are reliable. But if you automatically do that, then they will never be considered unreliable, well, just because they are assumed to be reliable. That was my point, it's just a circular argument.
The evidence is that there are many people experiencing issues with this. That is concrete evidence that there is something wrong, yet you seem to dismiss it Because you believe they are reliable. If you do not understand this point then so be it (sorry for sounding like I'm straight out of The Princess Bride).
I'm done with the forums, and will probably be done with Racing Rivals soon. See ya.
Just got an email from fyber. Aparently everything is now magically fixed and I got my gems.
Itvseems all you have to do is make enough noise and this will get fixed straight away.
Half of the offers do not pay, or when they say "no purchase required" they actually do require a purchase in order to complete the survey. Almost all of the "survey" offers are like that, so in my opinion they are a scam. A lot of the offers also take you to questionable websites unrelated to the offer. I already told Fyber about all of this, but I want to say it here on the forums too.
If these offers don't work, then the turf wars are only going to favor people who either have a lot of real cash to blow on this game, or who have built up so much from past winnings that they can just race constantly during turf wars.
You know, if I had the money or ability to have essentially unlimited gems I could get 20,000+ turf points every time. You could just keep racing and repairing your car with gems.
It looks like the Caste system even exists in games. So the ones who won in the past are favored, and so they can just keep on winning in the future. Can't you do something to level the playing field without require us to pay money?
So team Ronin or whatever team will just keep getting these unfair advantages till the next turf wars, and they will keep winning all of these exclusive cars in the turfs. Don't you see how lame this is? It's just an endless loop of the same winners getting even more advantages so they can keep on winning.
The use of these agencies is common place in the Free to Play market. These services augment our income. If the majoriy of their customers complained, we wouldn't use them.
Unfortunately, as we do keep saying, because it's the truth. We don't know what offer/survey you attempted to complete. We don't know if you fulfilled their requirements. We don't have the resources to be the middle man between the consumer and Fyber. We provide their customer support, because, in all reality, they are the only ones who can assist.
You say we can do something, like lower our prices and such. That has nothing to do with these offers. We provide the space for a third party service. Who in turn provides a service for obtaining "Free" gems, just like many other F2P games. Because, again, these augment our income. Essentially it's another way for us to sell gems, except instead of players paying us, its Fyber.
So yes, we're sorry that some of you aren't receiving your gems from Fyber, however, assistance in that matter is out of our hands.

Something recently happened that really took the cake for me. One of the offers (for a measly 26 gems) was a virus! I have screenshots to prove it. It's the offer entitled "Phone Booster." It's an APK file. It took over my security options and in order to disable it I had to have really quick hands lol (it would immediately exit out once I trying to disable it, but I just pressed as fast as I could to disable before the window closed automatically). Now this is most certainly not a "minority" issue because it has the potential to effect all users. I know it is not a false positive too.
So please beware Racing Rivals users, do NOT download the file called "Phone Booster." It may either have a battery icon or a rocket icon. Either one, do not download.
I already contacted Fyber about this.
I will admit that maybe Fyber is one of the best, but that might not be saying much. Maybe pretty much all of these kinds of offer/reward companies are bad, and they simply aren't the worst.
