Over the course of the last five years, Racing Rivals has grown into one of the most hardcore racing games in the world. This loyal community has spent countless hours competing in millions of races in “winner take all” fashion – all in the name of Turf Wars and pink slips.

However, all good things must come to an end… After spending time evaluating Rivals and its future – we’ve decided that it’s time to move on. Simply put, the revenue generated from Racing Rivals unfortunately no longer covers the cost of operations. This was not an easy decision to make.

On March 31st, 2019 – Rivals will be racing off into the sunset, and will be permanently shut down. Current players have until this date to utilize any accumulated virtual currency. We’ll be offering some massive reductions in the cost of crates, installs and repairs in addition to a reduction on timers as you race your way into the history books. Effective immediately, no new in-app purchases will be permitted.

In closing, a resounding and sincere THANK YOU to our extremely driven fans for your loyalty and dedication over the years – we hope you’ve enjoyed playing Racing Rivals as much as we’ve enjoyed creating it.

Pink slip app crashed...HELP PLEASE

I was involved in an "American cars" pink slip race. I was racing in my fully upgraded corvette C7.R. The top car in my garage. I worked my behind off in order to purchase and then fully upgrade that car. I won the first bracket easily and saw everyone else's times. They were all in the 8 second ranges. I was running almost 7 seconds flat. The app just crashed. I rebooted as quickly as possible. When I got back into the room it still said my race hadn't started yet. The other semi race wasn't even finished yet. Then it said I was disconnected and I lost my car!!! I am so discouraged. I submitted a report to customer service right away over a week ago and all I've gotten so far was the immediate "we will help you shortly". Honestly, if I have to worry about things like this I can't imagine putting any more effort into this game. And it's a shame too because this was my favorite. I play every single day.

    I had the exact same thing happen to me. I was racing my maxed out Nissan GTR Nismo GT3. App just closed mid race I come back and poof my car is gone. I submitted a report right away and got nothing. So what do I do? It said I had 24 hours to spend 11,000+ gems to get my car back. $200 to replace a car that I never should've lost to begin with? I'm not trying to be difficult but it's very frustrating to work that hard on something, then lose it unfairly and then receive absolutely no assistance when it's reported. Please tell me is something!!

    Customer service takes a week to even two weeks depending on the volume of emails. They will get to you just takes some patience and time

    I've experienced the same issue, I've also raced a couple of players that as soon as you get into the race with them your engine is already red and no way to do no kind of perfect launch, either by drop launching or timing the lights even...my system is also crashing mid race which has kept me away from entertaining much pinking cause of this glitch which will automatically crash you and award your car to the other player a short while after because it's as if you defaulted on the race....

    Ok. Thanks Trog. I'll sit tight. It's just hard because I miss my car!! lol and that's interesting Zylber. I suppose after this much hassle I'll just race for fun or even some cash but stay away from pinks from now on. I appreciate the feedback guys!

    Hey Trog, just so I'm certain i sent my issues to the proper place, I clicked "contact us" and a chat window popped up. Is that what you meant when you mentioned the volume of emails? Do we get a chat window on our end but customer support receives it as an email or is there another way I need to let them know? And thank you for your time already. I really do appreciate it.

    You want to use the "?" button in game. I don't remember if that says contact us or not. But always submit from in game.

    I have spent a lot of money investing in my cars to have the game glitch and I lose them. RR needs to replace these cars do to these glitches. I sent a message about this problem 3 weeks ago and still have not heard a word back about this problem or what is going to be done to replace the cars I have lost because of the glitching. I will not spend anymore money on the game and have not decided if I am even going to continue playing.
