Over the course of the last five years, Racing Rivals has grown into one of the most hardcore racing games in the world. This loyal community has spent countless hours competing in millions of races in “winner take all” fashion – all in the name of Turf Wars and pink slips.

However, all good things must come to an end… After spending time evaluating Rivals and its future – we’ve decided that it’s time to move on. Simply put, the revenue generated from Racing Rivals unfortunately no longer covers the cost of operations. This was not an easy decision to make.

On March 31st, 2019 – Rivals will be racing off into the sunset, and will be permanently shut down. Current players have until this date to utilize any accumulated virtual currency. We’ll be offering some massive reductions in the cost of crates, installs and repairs in addition to a reduction on timers as you race your way into the history books. Effective immediately, no new in-app purchases will be permitted.

In closing, a resounding and sincere THANK YOU to our extremely driven fans for your loyalty and dedication over the years – we hope you’ve enjoyed playing Racing Rivals as much as we’ve enjoyed creating it.

Cannot access my account require assistance

Hi so this error has happened for almost 2 - 3 years were I cannot access my profile due to an error 84. I have reinstalled this game a dozen times. I have asked for assistance and haven't been given much assistance so after a few years maybe you have this fixed.
Everytime I try to log on to racing rivals I am giving the option to log in from fb or game centre, and I do game centre as that's where my account originates from. But I keeps giving me the error 84 and I press retry constantly but nothing happens, reloading does nothing at all.
Please help me fix this as this is an error that begin years ago and was the very reason I quit.
My in game name is Dri11420
I use IOS to play (IPad)
My account runs from Gamecentre
The exact message I get is:

Error occurred
Unable to complete action. (84)
Reload Retry
(NO OPTION WORKS)
EDIT:
I have also tried this on my iPhone and still nothing has happened

    @Dri11420 Hello! Are you able to get in to a game at all if you don't attempt to sign in? What I mean is, if you press skip, go through the tutorial....once you get to the point where you can upgrade the car at your leisure, are you able to close the game, re-open it, etc...without issue?

    Also, you said you've asked for assistance - where/ how? This appears to be your first post here on the forums, so I'm wondering....did you send in a help request via the ingame option? (The "?" in game, contact us), or did you send an email to the support email?

    Im able to go through tutorial and create a new account, however I don't want to do that as I have many of my prized possessions, I have no issue closing the game and reopening, the only issue is for me to try and load up my account.

    I had requested help from CIEgames and had sent them an email for assistance but didn't get much help.

    Ok...first, don't worry. If you create a new account, your old account won't be erased from the servers. Accounts in this game are never deleted.

    Being that you can't submit a help request from in game, have you tried this? Go to this site, and tap on contact us. Fill out the form that pops up.

    I download racingrival from new in my phone and I can't get in my account.
    I was saved my account only in Facebook
    But how I open game and put come in by Facebook it's all time open new account.
    How I can get my old account back or how can switch to old account from new?
    My old account still apear in game and I can't understand how can be like 2 accounts on 1 Facebook?
    Plz fix the problem
