Over the course of the last five years, Racing Rivals has grown into one of the most hardcore racing games in the world. This loyal community has spent countless hours competing in millions of races in “winner take all” fashion – all in the name of Turf Wars and pink slips.
However, all good things must come to an end… After spending time evaluating Rivals and its future – we’ve decided that it’s time to move on. Simply put, the revenue generated from Racing Rivals unfortunately no longer covers the cost of operations. This was not an easy decision to make.
On March 31st, 2019 – Rivals will be racing off into the sunset, and will be permanently shut down. Current players have until this date to utilize any accumulated virtual currency. We’ll be offering some massive reductions in the cost of crates, installs and repairs in addition to a reduction on timers as you race your way into the history books. Effective immediately, no new in-app purchases will be permitted.
In closing, a resounding and sincere THANK YOU to our extremely driven fans for your loyalty and dedication over the years – we hope you’ve enjoyed playing Racing Rivals as much as we’ve enjoyed creating it.

Making your paying customers aware ?!?

Ever since the release of racing rivals July of 2013. That Cie never releases a single msg to make there players aware of not only rules to abbey by but things you change in game rules. Example a. Stress levels. In the begging we could play a car to 1000 stress level. Even if we lost we could practice the launch and gain perfect shifts to make rrc. This was taken away with no awareness of being dq. I understand this was to keep players from hoping to a lower lobby in a higher class car but still fast enough to beat others. Now before the previous update I could run a car at 450 stress points and accrue another 63 points of damage and repair afterwards with no issues Now if I do the same thing I will be disqualified for gaining to much stress in mid race. Giving me a restart error or just defaults to a DQ. So everyone in game calls one another hackers. Not understanding they got dq on that pinks race in turf war because they didn't have enough available stress to stay under 500. So this leaves me to ask. If you can post tabs on new events, free cars gems , why not state some guide lines to the game. Make people aware when servers are down to keep from losing there hard earn cash and time. Pleases
