Over the course of the last five years, Racing Rivals has grown into one of the most hardcore racing games in the world. This loyal community has spent countless hours competing in millions of races in “winner take all” fashion – all in the name of Turf Wars and pink slips.

However, all good things must come to an end… After spending time evaluating Rivals and its future – we’ve decided that it’s time to move on. Simply put, the revenue generated from Racing Rivals unfortunately no longer covers the cost of operations. This was not an easy decision to make.

On March 31st, 2019 – Rivals will be racing off into the sunset, and will be permanently shut down. Current players have until this date to utilize any accumulated virtual currency. We’ll be offering some massive reductions in the cost of crates, installs and repairs in addition to a reduction on timers as you race your way into the history books. Effective immediately, no new in-app purchases will be permitted.

In closing, a resounding and sincere THANK YOU to our extremely driven fans for your loyalty and dedication over the years – we hope you’ve enjoyed playing Racing Rivals as much as we’ve enjoyed creating it.

at least there doing something which shows that they are aware of a problem or 2 or 8 or 60 but at least there doing something maybe just putting hackers and scammers on notice that they are watching I for one am all for it and those who are legit should have nothing to worry about if it is done properly we will see!!!

    they are banning legitimate racers. they either purchased or won a cloned car off someone who had either created or owned the cloned car. how is that fixing a problem..its only causing a riot

    Ya nothing is being fixed like I honestly don't wanna pinks anymore or buy anything just to lose it or be banned .. This is just a big depression for us legit players and Racing rivals . And this isn't even stopping hackers there probably happy the "LEGIT" players are being gone from racing rivals how ridiculous is that ?

    Blake the point of the game is to pink, that's how the game should work is to put it all on the line, you cant say don't pink because that wouldn't make sence. people should be able to pink and not have to worry, PInking is supposed to be the ultimate bet and a fair way to get cars because otherwise there would be no point in upgrading them you could just stay in a lower lobby and win money which you cant even buy most cars from cie with. Not pinking is not an option basicly

    I have not gotten banned,i just started playing last Friday, but I did lose 2 cars. I may not have any money in this game like some of you but it still bugs me.

    Just like other online games. Player just come and go. Wether we like it or not, decision was final and cie have some account got banned permanently and a few got unbanned. They will lose costumer and will also have new costumer. But one thing for sure they are losing profit in this game.
