Over the course of the last five years, Racing Rivals has grown into one of the most hardcore racing games in the world. This loyal community has spent countless hours competing in millions of races in “winner take all” fashion – all in the name of Turf Wars and pink slips.

However, all good things must come to an end… After spending time evaluating Rivals and its future – we’ve decided that it’s time to move on. Simply put, the revenue generated from Racing Rivals unfortunately no longer covers the cost of operations. This was not an easy decision to make.

On March 31st, 2019 – Rivals will be racing off into the sunset, and will be permanently shut down. Current players have until this date to utilize any accumulated virtual currency. We’ll be offering some massive reductions in the cost of crates, installs and repairs in addition to a reduction on timers as you race your way into the history books. Effective immediately, no new in-app purchases will be permitted.

In closing, a resounding and sincere THANK YOU to our extremely driven fans for your loyalty and dedication over the years – we hope you’ve enjoyed playing Racing Rivals as much as we’ve enjoyed creating it.

lost 2 cars and 30 million cash. coz restart icon appeared.. rr admin, how to get it back? already sent an email & still waiting for your response.. racing rivals game name: RaceForYourLife

    Current wait time is just over 3 days (we are not in on weekends) We answer tickets in the order they were received so if your ticket is older than that either we answered it or didn't get it. If not then you still need to wait until we get to the ticket.

    ticket sent. and one thing, Invalid Action appeared. "this action cannot be completed. error code: 15" whats the problem here?

    Currently investigating the error 15 issue. Not everyone is getting it and the developers are not in the office yet.

    Dear administrators, I have almost given up on this game because of all the bugs. I had an account several weeks back that got hit by the "free disk space" issue, which by the way was NEVER CORRECTED! CEI simply issued 75 diamonds which is almost worthless. I could buy twice that amount of diamonds for just $2. Anyways, now for some reason I am starting app, and the racing rival screen pops up briefly and then goes back off. When I try and close it out using home button, it shows error -1005. At first my thought was I need to restart my iPad. That didn't work. And because of the last free disk space issue I started a new Game Center account, a new iTunes account, and a new Apple ID to hopefully ensure if I had to remove the app and re install it, that it would not load one of the 2 original accounts instead of this one. My original account froze up, so I started the one named NYTE RYDER which is the one I lost at level 123 with over 23 cars and was disrespected with a 75 gem credit. Please let me know what I should do to get the latest account, NYTE RIDER, back without losing data. I have not deleted the app and hope I do not have to. Please advise.

    I had same problem where it crashed instantly.... I deleted app messed around with gc made a new account then cie emailed me back and said they could restore my old account so they did and it fixed idk how but yeah I'm back to playing.

    we can link it to game center, (even the level 123 one) you just need to send customer service a ticket telling them your issue and what you want done.

    I just had this same problem I went and bought game money and gems started to upgrade my cars and when I left the game instead of sitting there and waiting came back and lost all my pro upgrades and the money I spent on them in was doing 6 cars at once and spent 200 real dollars on the money to do the upgrades on all of them. I sent a complaint to RR but I'm sure I will not get my RR money back for it. And since then I can't keep pro upgrades on my cars once I leave tw game and come back there missing.
