Over the course of the last five years, Racing Rivals has grown into one of the most hardcore racing games in the world. This loyal community has spent countless hours competing in millions of races in “winner take all” fashion – all in the name of Turf Wars and pink slips.

However, all good things must come to an end… After spending time evaluating Rivals and its future – we’ve decided that it’s time to move on. Simply put, the revenue generated from Racing Rivals unfortunately no longer covers the cost of operations. This was not an easy decision to make.

On March 31st, 2019 – Rivals will be racing off into the sunset, and will be permanently shut down. Current players have until this date to utilize any accumulated virtual currency. We’ll be offering some massive reductions in the cost of crates, installs and repairs in addition to a reduction on timers as you race your way into the history books. Effective immediately, no new in-app purchases will be permitted.

In closing, a resounding and sincere THANK YOU to our extremely driven fans for your loyalty and dedication over the years – we hope you’ve enjoyed playing Racing Rivals as much as we’ve enjoyed creating it.

guy tried to scam me and got instant karma

Beware of a player named benhowess. He wanted me to trade my f1 and accepted to trade his "stock" (aka, maxxed) m3 for it. Needless to say he didn't foul as he promised, but took off when the lights hit green. Fortunately for me my f1it's also maxxed and I won. After that he pestered me to keep up my end of the so called trade, but I'm not terribly inclined to since he tried to win instead of foul as he said he would. What do you guys think? A. He got what be deserved B. A trade was agreed upon, honor it. I have conducted several vouched for deals on here, but I have my doubts he would have given over the car if he had won, so I'm not inclined to give him my f1.

Good job keep his damnn car!! He had bad intentions from the get go, so don't feel sry for his lame azz. You did right thing, had to defend yourself, so now his car is yours.. Infact, message him now and offer it back for 1.2 mil, or insist that he throw in another car for trying to scam you.

That's strange how ppl just make their judge just from hearing 50% of the story .. Isn't suppose he must explain himself .. Now don't get me wrong .. Honestly I think he get what he deserve (((IF))) he was racing in purpose .. But what if he wasn't ..!! Game lagging .. Get distract by something maybe (specially when the race take life time to start .. And it happens a lot those days) ..... Anyhow .. No one should say he's a scammer not legit but U .. Coz u spook with that guy if he was talking in misleading way that's mean he was plan to scam U but if he wasn't that's mean it's just misunderstanding ... Yet give him UR F1 and fulfill Ur part of the deal is not the right answer .. If u would like to settle this case just give him back his M3 but if U felt like he was trying to scam U just give him UR middle finger .. In other words .... It's up to U

If he ran an 8. anything, he was trying to scam. I have had people forget to foul and in that case, you bounce down the track in 1st gear, hoping the other person in the deal is paying attention.
