Over the course of the last five years, Racing Rivals has grown into one of the most hardcore racing games in the world. This loyal community has spent countless hours competing in millions of races in “winner take all” fashion – all in the name of Turf Wars and pink slips.

However, all good things must come to an end… After spending time evaluating Rivals and its future – we’ve decided that it’s time to move on. Simply put, the revenue generated from Racing Rivals unfortunately no longer covers the cost of operations. This was not an easy decision to make.

On March 31st, 2019 – Rivals will be racing off into the sunset, and will be permanently shut down. Current players have until this date to utilize any accumulated virtual currency. We’ll be offering some massive reductions in the cost of crates, installs and repairs in addition to a reduction on timers as you race your way into the history books. Effective immediately, no new in-app purchases will be permitted.

In closing, a resounding and sincere THANK YOU to our extremely driven fans for your loyalty and dedication over the years – we hope you’ve enjoyed playing Racing Rivals as much as we’ve enjoyed creating it.

I sent emails to ciemobile wit itunes recepit .. I even posted a topic here called wtf gems problem ... And posted all the pics there too ... So keep on ignoringg ... Untill i take legal actions towards this ... Cause apple has approved it i have my receipt .

    Yea dude their table is really full. Apparently the support team has a 13 days delay. I'm also waiting to get my cars back since 12 days now and haven got a conclusive answer even though I got a few replies at first from the support team. Unfortunately they didn't provide me with a solution to my issue yet. I'm sure they're doing the best they can and that there will be no reason for any "action" and that they will solve our problems soon. Patience.

    Well Friday will be 3 weeks for me without even a FU in return. I have the same issue plus one more. I sent my last email last night and haven't logged back in. They lost me as a customer. I won't spend another dime. I just stopped by here to see if anyone else had the same issue.

    We are working on these issues, it is a tandem thing between both us and apple and not a quick fix. No one's tickets are being ignored. As soon as Customer Service gets to it they will give you the in game currency. If it has been 3 weeks (SiqSpee) send me a message and I will see what s going on.

    Please note that if you choose to send in multiple emails, do not reply to your own email/reply before we get a chance to respond. That will just shoot you back to the end of our queue. Due to the holidays, we fell behind. Current turnaround is around 12-13 days.

    Just be sure that your email had a legible screenshot of the iTunes receipt showing what you purchased and the date. Also be sure to include your racer name.
