Over the course of the last five years, Racing Rivals has grown into one of the most hardcore racing games in the world. This loyal community has spent countless hours competing in millions of races in “winner take all” fashion – all in the name of Turf Wars and pink slips.
However, all good things must come to an end… After spending time evaluating Rivals and its future – we’ve decided that it’s time to move on. Simply put, the revenue generated from Racing Rivals unfortunately no longer covers the cost of operations. This was not an easy decision to make.
On March 31st, 2019 – Rivals will be racing off into the sunset, and will be permanently shut down. Current players have until this date to utilize any accumulated virtual currency. We’ll be offering some massive reductions in the cost of crates, installs and repairs in addition to a reduction on timers as you race your way into the history books. Effective immediately, no new in-app purchases will be permitted.
In closing, a resounding and sincere THANK YOU to our extremely driven fans for your loyalty and dedication over the years – we hope you’ve enjoyed playing Racing Rivals as much as we’ve enjoyed creating it.

Unable to installed previously bought upgrades

With 3.0 I cant install things that I previously bought like rims and skirts ect. It give me the option to install for 0 gems but it gives an error I dont have enough cash.

Cant installed previously owned parts.
IF you own a part that isnt currently installed the only way to install that part is if I have enough cash for the price of that part although I already own it.
Once I have enough cash I can install the part at no cost.
2011 Subaru WRX STI - I dont think it matters which car
Yes this is repeatable
1; Purchase an upgraded part ( in my case a turbo part)
2. Downgrade that part.
3. Make sure you dont have enough money for the part you already own or previously purchased.
4. Now try and upgrade to the part you own.
This results in an error saying not enough cash.

Can't swap turbos with s/c that are owned.
Many other parts as well. Not one specific car, basically all of them it's happening with. Worked fine before update, never had problem swapping for turf preparedness , now can't !! Don't have excess cash in bank, spent it on the parts I'm trying to re install originally!! Shouldn't need cash to cover price of something already owned

So say you have both sc and turbo, and want to swap to SC, you will need 24k rrc to do it. But you will. Keep it.
