Over the course of the last five years, Racing Rivals has grown into one of the most hardcore racing games in the world. This loyal community has spent countless hours competing in millions of races in “winner take all” fashion – all in the name of Turf Wars and pink slips.

However, all good things must come to an end… After spending time evaluating Rivals and its future – we’ve decided that it’s time to move on. Simply put, the revenue generated from Racing Rivals unfortunately no longer covers the cost of operations. This was not an easy decision to make.

On March 31st, 2019 – Rivals will be racing off into the sunset, and will be permanently shut down. Current players have until this date to utilize any accumulated virtual currency. We’ll be offering some massive reductions in the cost of crates, installs and repairs in addition to a reduction on timers as you race your way into the history books. Effective immediately, no new in-app purchases will be permitted.

In closing, a resounding and sincere THANK YOU to our extremely driven fans for your loyalty and dedication over the years – we hope you’ve enjoyed playing Racing Rivals as much as we’ve enjoyed creating it.

Where is all the Support?

How long does the in game ticket process take. A week is too long to get ZERO response. We have a member on our team we can mot remove. 1 week and 6 ticket complaints later. To my suprize...no response. Serious!? no response? Glu this is your screw up not ours. You now have 19 members in question of their interests of this game. I have asked repeatedly to address this matter and lone behold.....NO RESPONSE. You clearly don't care as I personally watch more and more accounts for sale. Your industry is in the swirl of the toilet bowl. For simple fact you can not address such a simple task of removing a member that your update deleted. Thanks to that we have a ghost member on team we can not remove and you don't care about handling. If that request is too much to ask. Then Racing Rivals days are soon to end because you can not address the issues at hand or any for that matter.
Just a shame.....clearly its only about the dollar.

    I spend over $100.00 a week. over 400 a month. Guess how easy that will be to correct? Funny Glu has no problem starting a Turf on time every week to keep gem sales going but ill be damned if they can fix a simple problem or even attempt to or hell for that matter just a simple acknowledgment theres an issue.

    I want to make a Motion that we the people Stop purchasing anything from Glu and or Cie until they start to take us serious. This game IS NOT A NECESSITY. Therefore easily eliminated from my budget. Already lost friends and members due to this. I only see more leaving in very VERY near future.

    I had cars go missing from my account when they had server trouble, and then 15 more go missing on the update!!!! I never pinked any of them... had tires go to stock, had rims go missing.... I've spent anywhere from 300 to 500 dollars on this game... and the customer service sucks so bad they avoid giving you anything back they have nothing but excuses.... they reply to email after two weeks of waiting then give some stupid generic email.. after you reply back they feed you full of bs!!!!! I will not spend a single penny more on this game, and wish the rest of the people who are being fed bs does not either... when their profits start to slow down maybe they will sit back and take care of the people who are making their paychecks for them....

    Seems more like they don't exist, I've been waiting 9months+ for a response.

    Ryyst, our problem is a simple fix. We Need a frozen member removed from Team. That is it. We can not remove because his profile has been removed from Update. He was not saved. therefore when selecting his profile from member list his garage will not load therefore we dont get option to remove. Green Lane 59 on Forbidden Level is the Stuck Account. Simply remove him so my Team can continue To Turf with full team not just 19 members. Either that or compensate us in Turf points. Its not Fair we are forced to deal with this issue and expect to be competitive in Turfs. This is an old Original team. We have a Reputation to maintain. Please remove this member for us.
