Over the course of the last five years, Racing Rivals has grown into one of the most hardcore racing games in the world. This loyal community has spent countless hours competing in millions of races in “winner take all” fashion – all in the name of Turf Wars and pink slips.

However, all good things must come to an end… After spending time evaluating Rivals and its future – we’ve decided that it’s time to move on. Simply put, the revenue generated from Racing Rivals unfortunately no longer covers the cost of operations. This was not an easy decision to make.

On March 31st, 2019 – Rivals will be racing off into the sunset, and will be permanently shut down. Current players have until this date to utilize any accumulated virtual currency. We’ll be offering some massive reductions in the cost of crates, installs and repairs in addition to a reduction on timers as you race your way into the history books. Effective immediately, no new in-app purchases will be permitted.

In closing, a resounding and sincere THANK YOU to our extremely driven fans for your loyalty and dedication over the years – we hope you’ve enjoyed playing Racing Rivals as much as we’ve enjoyed creating it.

Wow did I just get the 2 hour run around today. Since there is no real avenue to contact someone from Racing Rivals I guess I will just post this in here..

I am requesting a refund of $150 for only a 1/4 of what I have spent on the game that up until a patch ago was a great game!. This game is broken and does not function properly but you still take peoples money. This game needs to be put back in the alpha stage to work out all the bugs. I'm the real dummy for spending so much of my hard earned money just to be screwed in the end and end up with [email protected]! except several hundred dollars gone.. From losing my copo from a server restart to not being able to buy a gt 500 for half price because of a "Bug". The nextg day I bought the gt 500 at full price and IT WORKED>>>>then I lost it the very first race do to some of the many error codes!! WTF GIMME BACK SOME OF MY MONEY

    However it is NOT a requirement to spend money on this game, it is a CHOICE you decide to make..... Kinda like going to the casino

    Anyways. You won't get a cent from the game. The terms and conditions that they have pretty much states that you acknowalage that anything purchase in game is not own by you. If you per say spent 1000 dolors in a collection of cars and rrc. Them the company shuts the game down. You lose everything and have no rights. Now with that said your wasting your breath hoping for them to set anything right. They care but they obey to there business contracts to not return anything. That is thier way of bussiness. You can contact iTunes or google play to get a refund in your purchases. Be sure to have your recites in order a And they will make something happen because they know what real customer service is about. Be well my friend.

    Its all spent on gems. I know they wont refund a cent. Im all good with that. But the game is all messed up. So that is where the anger of spending real money on gems to buy cars and rrc then have a server crash and lose it all. Im not playing the game anymore anyway. So whatever!!!
