Over the course of the last five years, Racing Rivals has grown into one of the most hardcore racing games in the world. This loyal community has spent countless hours competing in millions of races in “winner take all” fashion – all in the name of Turf Wars and pink slips.

However, all good things must come to an end… After spending time evaluating Rivals and its future – we’ve decided that it’s time to move on. Simply put, the revenue generated from Racing Rivals unfortunately no longer covers the cost of operations. This was not an easy decision to make.

On March 31st, 2019 – Rivals will be racing off into the sunset, and will be permanently shut down. Current players have until this date to utilize any accumulated virtual currency. We’ll be offering some massive reductions in the cost of crates, installs and repairs in addition to a reduction on timers as you race your way into the history books. Effective immediately, no new in-app purchases will be permitted.

In closing, a resounding and sincere THANK YOU to our extremely driven fans for your loyalty and dedication over the years – we hope you’ve enjoyed playing Racing Rivals as much as we’ve enjoyed creating it.

my phone digitizer took a crap as well so i loaded my game from my wife iphone thru google play and facebook and when i loaded it there was just a scion tc under an old account ive never played... then when i loaded my game thru google play it loaded another user name but same thing only scion tc right from the beginning of the game.

ADMINS please help us get our old accounts back...

my old user racer names that i have that dont want is: MORTAZAABDULI -- Which is what is connected on my wifes iphone with google play and facebook connected

My regular user name is MOES07STI

my google play is Mortaza Abduli.

i have sent an email to supprt@ciegames.mail.helpshift.com via my email and also thru the racing rivals app. as of yesterday no response yet.

seriously feel like throwing up i've spent over 6 months playing this game and endless hours getting to where im at now. I dont blame anyone but theres clearly got to be a better way to get some kind of customer support than just sending an email and waiting to get a reply.

    I sent in a ticket as well a few days ago and received the generic message saying was received. My digitizer also went out and have my new phone now. My issue is different and may be harder to recover as I did not have mine linked to anything since the recent hacking issues. My old in game name was: xx ice ice baby xx and new ign is Juggalo lov3. I am concerned mainly due to the high end cars I have in there. Several turf cars and a pile of gem cars along with a majority of skylines I use frequently. Any assistance is appreciated.

    Well it's been over 3 weeks and I have yet to hear from anyone. The website has been down and I've sent over 7 emails trying to find out what's going on.... I know that this was my mistake in the first place. I haven't played racing rivals since my account got over written by this crap new file so I guess I'm out on my account, cars and gems that I worked so hard for thanks to the community at racing rivals for keeping me in the dark. I am seriously at a loss of words
