Over the course of the last five years, Racing Rivals has grown into one of the most hardcore racing games in the world. This loyal community has spent countless hours competing in millions of races in “winner take all” fashion – all in the name of Turf Wars and pink slips.
However, all good things must come to an end… After spending time evaluating Rivals and its future – we’ve decided that it’s time to move on. Simply put, the revenue generated from Racing Rivals unfortunately no longer covers the cost of operations. This was not an easy decision to make.
On March 31st, 2019 – Rivals will be racing off into the sunset, and will be permanently shut down. Current players have until this date to utilize any accumulated virtual currency. We’ll be offering some massive reductions in the cost of crates, installs and repairs in addition to a reduction on timers as you race your way into the history books. Effective immediately, no new in-app purchases will be permitted.
In closing, a resounding and sincere THANK YOU to our extremely driven fans for your loyalty and dedication over the years – we hope you’ve enjoyed playing Racing Rivals as much as we’ve enjoyed creating it.
Dear admin , I have read about what was posted as to why this has happened. I have not done nor have knowledge of a glitch. I expect this to be fixed and my account reimbursed in a timely fashion. As far as I see, because you had an issue , and people took advantage if that..... I am also punished? I spent lots of cash on gems and cars. All my money was from buying and selling cars. When ever I had a legit problem, you always responded that you do not compensate for hackers or scammers. The case now is instead of helping me when I needed it you have now depleted my funds. I'm going to leave the game if its not fixed. You obviously plan on losing ALOT of customers due to your poor customer service and horrible judgment. Connection issues on the last one involving dnf? U told me it was a problem on my end and I was basically beat for what I lost. now the problem was clearly on your end and again " I'm beat for what I lost"??? I don't think so. Any other time you made mistakes and people suffered you thought it was ok to Hand out 75 gems??? That was hardly close to what your customers lost due to your poor programming department and devs. Please resolve this and fix my account back to what I had. And as for proof people did it? Sorry wrong. I didn't do it but know some people who did and they magically still have their money. Isn't that funny??? Please again fix this.
