Over the course of the last five years, Racing Rivals has grown into one of the most hardcore racing games in the world. This loyal community has spent countless hours competing in millions of races in “winner take all” fashion – all in the name of Turf Wars and pink slips.
However, all good things must come to an end… After spending time evaluating Rivals and its future – we’ve decided that it’s time to move on. Simply put, the revenue generated from Racing Rivals unfortunately no longer covers the cost of operations. This was not an easy decision to make.
On March 31st, 2019 – Rivals will be racing off into the sunset, and will be permanently shut down. Current players have until this date to utilize any accumulated virtual currency. We’ll be offering some massive reductions in the cost of crates, installs and repairs in addition to a reduction on timers as you race your way into the history books. Effective immediately, no new in-app purchases will be permitted.

So many issues keep arising with this game. I was enjoying so much till last couple turfs.
The biggest thing that is irritating me is the hacking/slow reponce time on fixing. Couple team mates and some players I race with often were hacked and lost cars. Not cheap ones either pandora, gts-r viper and another was an rwb stella. Not to mention people getting their accounts hacked. There needs to be a way more securethane way to both race for pinks and protect garages!.
The second thing is the Damn surveys for gems. I literally did about 13 surveys. Completed them and restarted app after every single one and didn't get 1 gem. I should have gotten at least 871 gems out of this. Then to boot no videos for repair/parts install.. my phone and email have literally bebeen blown up, yet not 1 single gem from them! Before and stupid it's not CIE/GLU 's fault comments start. They get something out of these, we should too. You put your personal/prIvate info out there get shit in return it's bogus as all hell.
The third thing that is burning me up is the Rev jumping/low connection error bull! I am on at&t uverse internet with 4 bars full service anywhere on my propetty let alone in my house. Got this error at least 7 times if not more. The rpm diving & jumping creating crap launches and rt is a complete and udder joke.
The fourth thing maybe nothing can be done but piggybacking is getting SOOOO OLD you are literally not safe pinking UNLESS your turfing or showdown. I thjnk rooms should be locked down just like turf giver or take a rating or 2.
Also there should be a tuning lobby with no engine damage (I'm sure this will never happen) but it would be awesome to have the ability to tune cars with out people trying to bet and pink whill trying to tune.
The fifth item. Why even though I KNOW there are hundreds if not thousands of people running same rated tunes do I get 1 lobby to compete in? During r class a 56 rated room I only could go in 1 lobby. I know probably 30 people not including teammates running same lobby but could never switch. Literally unable to get more than 25 points a race...
This is a FREE app that is at the point to be competitive you have to spend money on, yet these constant issues make at least me feel like WHY THE HELL should I put a real dollar into this game when there is no added security and reponce even with proof is literally WEEKS away???

I have been playing for almost a year. Due to all the hacks, cheats, scams and other BS, I refuse to spend a single penny on this game. I am highly competitive, highly saught out for team play and have collected cars, cash and gems WITHOUT GIVING A SINGLE PERSON MONEY OR TRADES.

" I have addressed this issue with both CLU and the provider of the Surveys, (I cant remember the name but it starts with an F.) They are a foreign company and have no respect for any laws or regulations from what I can tell. They simple gather as much info as they can and give nothing in return.
As for now, I will stay independent, race heads up and enjoy the game the best I can.

I wholeheartedly think piggybacking should be bannable, If you are working a trade deal or helping another player with the game, fine. But weak players using maxxed cars to get lower Lobby cars and money, should be inexcusable. I understand the concept of you never know what the other car has, But the lobby structure was designed, so a certain amount of knowledge is provided. Piggybackers exploit that and coax players, into scams and pink races under false pretenses. I also think it's ***** game play, also weak game play. Where's the fun in knowing you'll win, after your nap and snack? I race straight up with anyone, But won't give a piggybacker a second chance. I have 50k street cred, I use it to lure out piggybackers. when i lose, I post the ratings of their car, their name and make to warn others about it. If they want to waste my time with Crap game play i will certainly ruin their hunt.
BTW i do not pink or money bet, in the public lobby. I also warn my lower teammates when brought into the club to "pink at your own risk"
