Over the course of the last five years, Racing Rivals has grown into one of the most hardcore racing games in the world. This loyal community has spent countless hours competing in millions of races in “winner take all” fashion – all in the name of Turf Wars and pink slips.

However, all good things must come to an end… After spending time evaluating Rivals and its future – we’ve decided that it’s time to move on. Simply put, the revenue generated from Racing Rivals unfortunately no longer covers the cost of operations. This was not an easy decision to make.

On March 31st, 2019 – Rivals will be racing off into the sunset, and will be permanently shut down. Current players have until this date to utilize any accumulated virtual currency. We’ll be offering some massive reductions in the cost of crates, installs and repairs in addition to a reduction on timers as you race your way into the history books. Effective immediately, no new in-app purchases will be permitted.

In closing, a resounding and sincere THANK YOU to our extremely driven fans for your loyalty and dedication over the years – we hope you’ve enjoyed playing Racing Rivals as much as we’ve enjoyed creating it.

YUP lost yet ANOTHER CAR to a guy in a 8 second car in a 55 lobby!! glad you guys enjoy costing us legit players money by saying you fixed an issue rather then getting it fixed completely before saying it is fixed. this is the 4th car by the way hope yall like pissing of ur customers

    Maybe since you're constantly losing cars you should hold off on the pink races. Until someone on the forums gives the all clear. Cie won't reimburse you and after a few times it's you doing it to yourselves. Just hold off on racing cars for pinks or at least just assume everyone is maxed and pink accordingly.

    I hear you... but pinking is kind of a key part of turf wars in order to be able to place well and put up points ALSO is a free for all so no matter what your pretty much screwed..... im not saying for all of the times.. but you can not announce that "hey this issue is fixed the lobbys are all fair" and then have them not be fixed at all that aint cool.... im not much of a guy to complain and throw fits and cry but when you state to the public that an issue is fixed and it isn't it is bullshit! I know im not the only one that feels this way

    I would like CIE too for losing 2500 gems value car .. (Furai + white rims with red strips) .. Was in 1657 room and a guy pinks me in his GT2 and he was doing 8.3s .. I've got another GT2 at the rating of 1667 and doing 8.7-8.6 most without boost .. So am assuming that guy is in rating 1667 in 1657 lobby ...!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Really .. Ok don't fix that issue .. But please reel us how we can go to lower looby in our maxed or almost maxed cars so we can beat the hell out of other racers .. In other words if U can't solve those glitches let us know how we can use them too ..

    1. Its not a glitch, its a issue with our logic that was introduced in our last hotfix that closed the "waiting for parts to install" exploit. We plan to fix this as soon as we can push the code into the game, but -3 is currently taking priority. We are workng on giving something back to you guys for the stress caused by both the -3 and this.

    2. We never "scam" you. We (a under 30 person team) work hard to constantly fix all the issues we can find, that being said we have to prioritize somewhere and we cannot fix core code of the game in one day. Then we have to QA it and wait for Apple to approve it. EVERY TIME. There is alot of red tape we have to walk through but we are getting stuff out to you guys as quick as possible.
