Over the course of the last five years, Racing Rivals has grown into one of the most hardcore racing games in the world. This loyal community has spent countless hours competing in millions of races in “winner take all” fashion – all in the name of Turf Wars and pink slips.

However, all good things must come to an end… After spending time evaluating Rivals and its future – we’ve decided that it’s time to move on. Simply put, the revenue generated from Racing Rivals unfortunately no longer covers the cost of operations. This was not an easy decision to make.

On March 31st, 2019 – Rivals will be racing off into the sunset, and will be permanently shut down. Current players have until this date to utilize any accumulated virtual currency. We’ll be offering some massive reductions in the cost of crates, installs and repairs in addition to a reduction on timers as you race your way into the history books. Effective immediately, no new in-app purchases will be permitted.

In closing, a resounding and sincere THANK YOU to our extremely driven fans for your loyalty and dedication over the years – we hope you’ve enjoyed playing Racing Rivals as much as we’ve enjoyed creating it.

No Gems Received After Survey Completion

I have completed a survey about 2 days ago but never received my gems. i set up a customer suport email and never got a response after sending proof. is there any whay to look up service number?

    They are a scam to get your info, I tried them when i started (October) took two weeks to stop the spam, from coming in. It's all a scam

    These surveys do not work!. I been playing this game for a long time done over 30-40 surveys and got 60 gems 1 time only. They claim the surveys are always incompleted or the info given is not good. Overall do not wasted your time.

    When you open the special offers tab, there should be a question mark on the top left. That shows all the offers you have started. If there is one you have not received a reward for, there will be a report button beside it. If you do as the page that pops up says, you will receive an email in the next day or two from a company called Fyber. Fyber deals with the rewards, not GLU, so GLU can't really do anything about it. Fyber has been really good with me in the past, and has probably credited at least 700-1000 gems for me that I did not receive after completing the offer.

    I have done about 20 surveys which I have received the payout for about half of them. After going back and forth with TrialPay, the company that runs and pays for the surveys, here is their response:


    "Dear TrialPay Customer,

    We do apologize for any inconvenience you may be experiencing due to the delay in crediting.

    We are aware of certain issues with Glu crediting, but the majority of our offers are tracking and completing successfully. If you have not updated your game, please make sure that you have the most recent version. Also, opening and closing the offer wall can help refresh your account if you have competed offers with credit pending.

    I'm running the latest version on 2 of my devices, I have uninstalled them and reinstalled and still no pay out. Pretty much TrialPay blames Glu, and Glu blames TrialPay.
