Over the course of the last five years, Racing Rivals has grown into one of the most hardcore racing games in the world. This loyal community has spent countless hours competing in millions of races in “winner take all” fashion – all in the name of Turf Wars and pink slips.

However, all good things must come to an end… After spending time evaluating Rivals and its future – we’ve decided that it’s time to move on. Simply put, the revenue generated from Racing Rivals unfortunately no longer covers the cost of operations. This was not an easy decision to make.

On March 31st, 2019 – Rivals will be racing off into the sunset, and will be permanently shut down. Current players have until this date to utilize any accumulated virtual currency. We’ll be offering some massive reductions in the cost of crates, installs and repairs in addition to a reduction on timers as you race your way into the history books. Effective immediately, no new in-app purchases will be permitted.

In closing, a resounding and sincere THANK YOU to our extremely driven fans for your loyalty and dedication over the years – we hope you’ve enjoyed playing Racing Rivals as much as we’ve enjoyed creating it.

hello admin RYYSt

i am writing this to inform that due to low storage, i have reset my phone to factory setting.
during this process i re-installed the game ( racing rivals )
i was not able to load my garage back .

i have sent a email/ ticket to Cs ( Support@glumoblle.mail.helpshift.com) on 27-jan-2015

i did not receive a feedback from Customer Service

i resend a email/ ticket to Cs ( Support@glumobile.mail.helpshift.com) on 01-feb-2015

so far i have not receive a feedback from Customer service.according to source information it takes 7 working days to response back to a email/ticket.

    Its actually closer to 10+ business days. Your oldest ticket is around 7 business days old. They should get to it soon.

    Hello my name is Michael Carter i already contacted glu and help shift in game racing rivals but to no resolve please help me on feb 3rd or night of the 2nd on lg tribute android 4.4.2 i was racing my maxed honda hsv 010 and i was talking to junk to people racing pinking cars that couldnt beat me they said what if sombody does the restart glitch on you i said omg id just die but i didnt thing it was real soon as i said that i pinked sombody i dont remember there name but race clock counted down after i clicked pinks raced timed out as if he was just sitting there next thing you know error pops up restart so my hearts already dead inside it restarts come back my maxed honda hsv says 139 gems to buy back?? Which is wierd it should be way higher secondly its s turf car if i lost it in a legit race there is no buying it back so i click the buy back thing it ooens says 0 gems now ti get my car back so now im bugging out but thought there was hope i click that to buy back for 0 gems then pop up error restart come back no trace of hsv what so ever this has been wieghing heavy on my heart for days now and i just want answers amd some type of appreciation for me as a loyal customer please contact me asap my racing rivals name is speed limit down and my email is wingstone678@gmail.com

    Ms carter please stop reposting the same message all over the thread. flooding on thread will not help you to grab attention . racing pink is on racer risk cie glu is not responsible for pink slip race. rather that if you face some sort of glicth or error please fill the require information and send a email or ticket to Customer support

    Please submit a ticket to support including the following:

    Google Play Name (Not the email address):
    or Facebook login email:
    Racer Account on that Account (This will be replaced):
    Racer Account you need restored:

    If you do not have a Racer associated with Google Play please follow these steps:

    1. Close down the Racing Rivals App completely.
    2. Create a login or Log on to Google Play Account or Facebook account
    3. Relaunch Racing Rivals.
    4. Create a new Racer (Load User).
    5. If needs be, go through the tutorial, then create a racer name.
    6. Close down Racing Rivals again.
    7. Tap contact us and send a message with the following:

    Google Play Name (Not the email address):
    Racer Account on that Account (This will be replaced):
    Racer Account you need restored:


    If you are on iOS then just sub the Google Play mentions for Game Center.

    Be aware that support's current response wait time is around 12 days to a high increase in ticket volume.
