Over the course of the last five years, Racing Rivals has grown into one of the most hardcore racing games in the world. This loyal community has spent countless hours competing in millions of races in “winner take all” fashion – all in the name of Turf Wars and pink slips.

However, all good things must come to an end… After spending time evaluating Rivals and its future – we’ve decided that it’s time to move on. Simply put, the revenue generated from Racing Rivals unfortunately no longer covers the cost of operations. This was not an easy decision to make.

On March 31st, 2019 – Rivals will be racing off into the sunset, and will be permanently shut down. Current players have until this date to utilize any accumulated virtual currency. We’ll be offering some massive reductions in the cost of crates, installs and repairs in addition to a reduction on timers as you race your way into the history books. Effective immediately, no new in-app purchases will be permitted.

In closing, a resounding and sincere THANK YOU to our extremely driven fans for your loyalty and dedication over the years – we hope you’ve enjoyed playing Racing Rivals as much as we’ve enjoyed creating it.

Customer Service? Slow

I have sent a support ticket in well around early january for my ban for transfering cars due to the fear of losing all my turf cars from facebook hackers. Is there any reason why my account is still banned? All i did was move cars from one account to another that isn't linked on facebook so I can actual be safe and not fear about losing my cars to some little kid that finds my account password. Account banned: EvoBoyX
Date Banned: January 8-13th area
Reason Banned: Too Much Pinks
Any replies from Glu?: NO

    Damn how can a support team really be this bad? Even Rockstar despite all the complaints people had with GTA Online atleast they know how to take care with these issues.

    did you send in your ticket through the "?" button in game? Sometimes just a direct email will not be filed properly. Please try submitting your ticket again using the "?" in game and make sure you include your Racername.

    I have press that button and done the ticket a bunch of times, the confirmation email that the email has been sent sometimes does not even pop up. For the past month I have been sending tickets to glu to get my account fixed because of how much money and time i have put into that account. I seem to have almost lost hope in glu because my account is like gone. Evoboyx has been banned over a month for not even breaking a rule.

    Sparkle im just gonna be completely honest with you. I have put tons and tons of dollars into this game to end up getting dissapointed by the fact that my account is banned for doing nothing but putting cars onto 1 account from another. I won't give up fighting until my ban is disputed and argued. I will send support tickets from every email possible before I give up and let glu keep my account banned!

    A month is way too long to have this issue resolved. I keep hearing 7 to 10 business days. I guess it doesn't matter how much money you put in to support this game.

    I just want to switch the accounts as I reloaded my old account to my facebook account and I'm unable to use the main one, There is no response since more than 12 Days, and they replied ro my friend in 3 days this is totally unfair.
