Over the course of the last five years, Racing Rivals has grown into one of the most hardcore racing games in the world. This loyal community has spent countless hours competing in millions of races in “winner take all” fashion – all in the name of Turf Wars and pink slips.

However, all good things must come to an end… After spending time evaluating Rivals and its future – we’ve decided that it’s time to move on. Simply put, the revenue generated from Racing Rivals unfortunately no longer covers the cost of operations. This was not an easy decision to make.

On March 31st, 2019 – Rivals will be racing off into the sunset, and will be permanently shut down. Current players have until this date to utilize any accumulated virtual currency. We’ll be offering some massive reductions in the cost of crates, installs and repairs in addition to a reduction on timers as you race your way into the history books. Effective immediately, no new in-app purchases will be permitted.

In closing, a resounding and sincere THANK YOU to our extremely driven fans for your loyalty and dedication over the years – we hope you’ve enjoyed playing Racing Rivals as much as we’ve enjoyed creating it.

Why not open up all area lobby rooms?

I was in a good lobby room, full good racers. Step out, to look at my standing and where the next place is, go back, nothing but a bunch is belittling dikkks that got pissedd because i wouldn't pink. Why can't we get access to all lobby's open in our area? More races, more points and possibly more money for you. Sukks to have to get a two party room,

    The game only seems to offer you 2 different lobbies, not matter how many times you try to change rooms. Does it matter how the game determines it? Probably not. But what does matter is our game experience as a result of this coding logic. Don't you always seem to race the same core people turf after turf? I do. If I were to count the racers, my guess would be that at least 60% are people I see in my lobbies over and over. I've made good friends with some of them, but it does get old racing the same people every week. So I'm with you about offering more lobbies for us to race in besides just two.

    That used to be what i thought, but i left a full lobby room ( with a second with 5 cars) , when i returned 10 seconds later, it was a completely different room. and no second room, with 8 cars including me. I now know that there are more rooms available, Just requesting to be able to access them. Sucks to get a room with two cars, can't get points that way. Till this incedent, i always came back to the same players and room
