Over the course of the last five years, Racing Rivals has grown into one of the most hardcore racing games in the world. This loyal community has spent countless hours competing in millions of races in “winner take all” fashion – all in the name of Turf Wars and pink slips.
However, all good things must come to an end… After spending time evaluating Rivals and its future – we’ve decided that it’s time to move on. Simply put, the revenue generated from Racing Rivals unfortunately no longer covers the cost of operations. This was not an easy decision to make.
On March 31st, 2019 – Rivals will be racing off into the sunset, and will be permanently shut down. Current players have until this date to utilize any accumulated virtual currency. We’ll be offering some massive reductions in the cost of crates, installs and repairs in addition to a reduction on timers as you race your way into the history books. Effective immediately, no new in-app purchases will be permitted.
In closing, a resounding and sincere THANK YOU to our extremely driven fans for your loyalty and dedication over the years – we hope you’ve enjoyed playing Racing Rivals as much as we’ve enjoyed creating it.
I kept getting bad lag on my phone so I deleted and reinstalled my app. When it came back up it only accessed my old Game Center account and not my latest th t has all my cars money and gems. Help! How can I get it back?????

Also note, that if you have more than one Rivals account, and want to play on both of them, you will need separate Game Center accounts.
We can help you if your account is not linked to Game Center, but you will have to do some work in order for us to help.
First, you will need a Game Center account. We cannot create one for you. You will need to go through Apple to make a Game Center account.
Second, just having a Game Center account will not help us find it, all that information is Apple's, we don't have access. In order for a Game Center nickname (this is not your email login) to register on our servers, it must have a Rivals account on it. So, if you will have to log onto Game Center and create a new temporary racer.
Third, email us at mobilesupport@ciegames.com with the subject 'Racing Rivals' and include ALL of the following:
Game Center Nickname (Not the email login):
Tempr Racer Account on that Game Center (This is the one we will replace):
Racer Account you need access to:
We will then swap the Temp racer with the Racer you want to use.
Please note that this is not "merging" account, we can't do that. We simply link an account with a Game Center account. Everything on the account stays the same. That means that cars, SC, currency etc... all move with the Racer account. We cannot move anything between two Racer accounts.

Also note that 1 email is sufficient per issue. Also do not reply to your own email before we get a chance to address it, all that will do is move your issue back to the end of the queue, only reply to replies from Cie Games.
If you send us a ticket/email please include as much information as possible, if we do not have all the info we need, we will ask for it which can prolong the issue (as again, you will have to wait for a response).
As we have just returned from the weekend, turnaround time is currently at 5 days, usually we can bring that down as the week goes by.
