I am writing in regards of one of my team mates because his written English is not that good and for some reason he has lost his account because it wasn't connected to anything.
He has spent more than 20,000 gems on that account and also has a lot of cars stuck in it without being able to access it.
At the moment on the acc are stuck around 1300gems, around 1m rrc and a lot of cars mostly maxed.
The account lost is "GONZALEZ HEMI" and was accessed from his phone Samsung Galaxy s4.
He sent a support ticket with the account "LIFT APEX 7835" that was installed when his main account was deleted both accounts comes from the same phone, and for some reason he lost access to this account too because he thought that after waiting around 5 days without any reply from support, he hopped that by uninstalling the game and installing it again his old account with username "GONZALEZ HEMI" would come back on, but no such luck happened. Therefore now he has lost access to both "GONZALEZ HEMI" and "LIFT APEX 7835" and opened a new account named "RENE HEMI" and is linked to his Facebook account.

What other information do we need to give in order to get his old account back? A new ticket has been sent to support but he is afraid that they link it to his second account and he hasn't got access to it anymore and nor he can see if a reply has been sent from the support anymore since he hasn't got access to "LIFT APEX 7835" any longer.
The only account he has access to at the moment is "RENE HEMI"

Any news on how long this issue is going to take place? Is there a long que about the tickets? Approximately how many more days do you think it might take so that I don't be a pest on asking about it?
