Over the course of the last five years, Racing Rivals has grown into one of the most hardcore racing games in the world. This loyal community has spent countless hours competing in millions of races in “winner take all” fashion – all in the name of Turf Wars and pink slips.

However, all good things must come to an end… After spending time evaluating Rivals and its future – we’ve decided that it’s time to move on. Simply put, the revenue generated from Racing Rivals unfortunately no longer covers the cost of operations. This was not an easy decision to make.

On March 31st, 2019 – Rivals will be racing off into the sunset, and will be permanently shut down. Current players have until this date to utilize any accumulated virtual currency. We’ll be offering some massive reductions in the cost of crates, installs and repairs in addition to a reduction on timers as you race your way into the history books. Effective immediately, no new in-app purchases will be permitted.

In closing, a resounding and sincere THANK YOU to our extremely driven fans for your loyalty and dedication over the years – we hope you’ve enjoyed playing Racing Rivals as much as we’ve enjoyed creating it.

NEED HELP WITH ERROR 500

I was on the game during supra event to gem install all my stage 2 parts for r class and then install my pro parts and let it install on its own before r class event starts. during that time frame I have won/bought more cars from other racers. when it was time for r class I started to get the error 500 screen. I have deleted the app and reinstalled numerous times and still getting the error 500. I have tried it on iPhone 5, iPhone 5s, and ipad. all devices shows the error 500 screen. when I tried my other account its works perfectly with no issue. I have contact some other racers who are in my server and their game is working properly as well. im not really sure what the issue is but it would be nice to know something. Yes, I have sent an email to customer service and im hoping I don't get a unanswered email saying that they need more info. I have provided all the info to them. I have used up my gem just to be ready for turf event and I was not able to log on all day. thanks

    What was the last part you installed and the last car you won before the issue started?

    I believe it was BMW m3 re not sure what the last part was since I was installing parts in most of my car

    Okay please submit a ticket to support with all that information and then send me a PM letting me know you did it so I can make sure you have all the right information in there. Please also mention that you have already reinstalled and were able to load another account.
