Over the course of the last five years, Racing Rivals has grown into one of the most hardcore racing games in the world. This loyal community has spent countless hours competing in millions of races in “winner take all” fashion – all in the name of Turf Wars and pink slips.

However, all good things must come to an end… After spending time evaluating Rivals and its future – we’ve decided that it’s time to move on. Simply put, the revenue generated from Racing Rivals unfortunately no longer covers the cost of operations. This was not an easy decision to make.

On March 31st, 2019 – Rivals will be racing off into the sunset, and will be permanently shut down. Current players have until this date to utilize any accumulated virtual currency. We’ll be offering some massive reductions in the cost of crates, installs and repairs in addition to a reduction on timers as you race your way into the history books. Effective immediately, no new in-app purchases will be permitted.

In closing, a resounding and sincere THANK YOU to our extremely driven fans for your loyalty and dedication over the years – we hope you’ve enjoyed playing Racing Rivals as much as we’ve enjoyed creating it.

So this guy decides to sell me a car he doesn't even have... he joined me in a lobby and challenged me. We were going to transfer the 800k. Luckily, I looked at his garage and noticed that he DIDN'T EVEN HAVE THE CAR. I chickened out so that I wouldn't get scammed, and asked him what's up. He claims that he "didn't know what happened to the car". Luckily I checked his garage first!

Either way, I told him I wouldn't post on the forums about his attempted scam... yet he still got very defensive, screen shot the convo, called me an idiot and then disappeared. I trusted him based on his vouches, so am very disappointed to see otherwise.

This guy felt the need to post immediately, no less than 5 min. later about me accusing him...? Way to get defensive scammer. I guess you thought 15 vouches would be able to help you rob people...

Whatever bro. You obviously are a kid by the way you can't put together sentences...

Moral of the story is, if I wouldn't have noticed and would have gave you the 800k... no chance you were giving it back. I know that... And say whatever you want, I wasn't even gonna call you out on forums. You posted this yourself... I think the immediate defensive act calls some questions about your LEGITNESS anyways.

Screen shots and posts calling ME out on the forums... grow up and get a life. Glad you didn't get me! Good luck with further scams after this one...

By posting this you are making yourself look suspicious anyways... I wasn't even planning on calling you out on the attempted scam. I was gonna leave it alone because I was just glad to have gotten away.. haha.

Luckily I noticed and chickened out.. Good luck in the future after admitting to trying to sell me a car that you "didn't know if you had it or not". Who does that... I know for a fact that if you would have gotten. The rrc first, I wouldn't have gotten it back AND you had no car to exchange for it.. so...

Anyways, just keep my name out of your posts. You put yourself on blast FOOL.

I'm glad everyone else had a good experience... I can't say my attempted purchase was the same. Funny that this guy felt the need to reinforce that he's not a scammer... when no one publicly called him out. Why the need to justify yourself, when you had no reason.

Keep posting away everyone , vouching for him... Doesn't change my personal experience with his attempted scam on me.

All I ask is that you keep my name out of your mouth. Thanks. Next time don't be so worried, if you didn't do anything". WHATEVER MAKES YOU FEEL BETTER AT NIGHT.
