Over the course of the last five years, Racing Rivals has grown into one of the most hardcore racing games in the world. This loyal community has spent countless hours competing in millions of races in “winner take all” fashion – all in the name of Turf Wars and pink slips.

However, all good things must come to an end… After spending time evaluating Rivals and its future – we’ve decided that it’s time to move on. Simply put, the revenue generated from Racing Rivals unfortunately no longer covers the cost of operations. This was not an easy decision to make.

On March 31st, 2019 – Rivals will be racing off into the sunset, and will be permanently shut down. Current players have until this date to utilize any accumulated virtual currency. We’ll be offering some massive reductions in the cost of crates, installs and repairs in addition to a reduction on timers as you race your way into the history books. Effective immediately, no new in-app purchases will be permitted.

In closing, a resounding and sincere THANK YOU to our extremely driven fans for your loyalty and dedication over the years – we hope you’ve enjoyed playing Racing Rivals as much as we’ve enjoyed creating it.

Hello, i madethis topictopic to say a huge thanks to both Rryst and the racing rivals customer support. I have been playing RR on Android since it came out and never had any problems ever. I recently took an interest in playing again but encountered an issue with my account being locked from too much transfering. this is solved now and i owe both a huge thanks. I sent a PM to rryst after joining the forums and recieved a response within 15 minutes, huge thumbs up there. I then submitted a ticket and within an hour it was taken care of. Thanks again to rryst and racing rival support for helping me out switfly and supportingly! Ill continue yi pla

    I'm glad you got a fast response. I waited 10 days for a response after losing 500k on bet when a restart code popped up. Only to get cut and paste response not resolving my issue or refunding my cash. Now I have a 12 day wait....

    Glad to hear someone is having success and getting answers on either platform, I sent in a ticket weeks ago got a BS generic response saying my device is full blah blah only to reply and resend the ticket to have to wait another 2 dang weeks or more probly to receive another generic BS response and nothing solved fixed or reimbursed!!! I'm dang we'll closer than ever to resigning and quitting this game for the lack of customer support and non answered questions and surely lack of help from ANYONE since the last IOS update back in what? June?? This is now August!?! Yup two full months! Thanks CIE team aka glu team or whatever you now go by!

    They don't care about the people who shell out cash. They only care about themselves and there 100mil sale to glu. That update should have never happened let alone tryin to fix it. Like I said that update back before July 4 should have never happen. I don't know how a company could have ever missed all the problems that the update curated if they spent ONLY 20 mins testing it. Total B.S cie and not acceptable by any means
