Over the course of the last five years, Racing Rivals has grown into one of the most hardcore racing games in the world. This loyal community has spent countless hours competing in millions of races in “winner take all” fashion – all in the name of Turf Wars and pink slips.
However, all good things must come to an end… After spending time evaluating Rivals and its future – we’ve decided that it’s time to move on. Simply put, the revenue generated from Racing Rivals unfortunately no longer covers the cost of operations. This was not an easy decision to make.
On March 31st, 2019 – Rivals will be racing off into the sunset, and will be permanently shut down. Current players have until this date to utilize any accumulated virtual currency. We’ll be offering some massive reductions in the cost of crates, installs and repairs in addition to a reduction on timers as you race your way into the history books. Effective immediately, no new in-app purchases will be permitted.
In closing, a resounding and sincere THANK YOU to our extremely driven fans for your loyalty and dedication over the years – we hope you’ve enjoyed playing Racing Rivals as much as we’ve enjoyed creating it.

I JUST LOST EVERYTHING I HAVE. I CANNOT REPLACE THAT GARAGE!! OVER $600 ON THE GAME. WHAT THE HECK IS GOING ON???!!! I had built that garage over months.

We're are looking into the issue with FB linked accounts. If your account is also linked to Google Play, use that instead.
For those users that have lost access to your accounts, if deleting the game and downloading the current version and choosing the appropriate service (Google Play or Facebook) that you linked your account to is not working, you will need to contact customer service to have them synch your account.

If you do not have a Racer associated with Google Play please follow these steps:
1. Close down the Racing Rivals App completely.
2. Create a login or Log on to Google Play Account or Facebook account
3. Relaunch Racing Rivals.
4. Create a new Racer (Load User).
5. If needs be, go through the tutorial, then create a racer name.
6. Close down Racing Rivals again.
7. Tap contact us and send a message with the following:
Google Play Name (Not the email address):
Racer Account on that Account (This will be replaced):
Racer Account you need restored:
You can do this either through the "?" in game or by sending an email to mobilesupport@ciegames.com. It is 100% preferable to use the "?" and you need to have an account associated with your FB/GP to be able to swap and recover so you will need to log in to a new account either way.
