As I have reported a problem to Apple, and to CIE with no responses, I am at a loss on where to turn. I purchased the $4.99 gem package on August 1st, and my checking account was billed for the purchase, however I never received the gems in my game account. I waited quite a bit of time, re-installed my app, etc and still am unable to see the gems that I purchased. Also, I am unable to purchase any other gem packages at this time as it keeps telling me I have already purchased them but they haven't been downloaded to my device. Given I want to protect my billing information, I did not want to post screenshots of my information unless it is requested by you in order to fix the situation. I think this is rediculous and needs to be fixed asap. I either need a refund of the money I paid, or I need the gems I actually purchased to show up. Honestly, I just want the gems because I really did mean to purchase those - thus my frustration that they haven't been received. My IGN is STIV7 - my gamecenter login is:
