Over the course of the last five years, Racing Rivals has grown into one of the most hardcore racing games in the world. This loyal community has spent countless hours competing in millions of races in “winner take all” fashion – all in the name of Turf Wars and pink slips.

However, all good things must come to an end… After spending time evaluating Rivals and its future – we’ve decided that it’s time to move on. Simply put, the revenue generated from Racing Rivals unfortunately no longer covers the cost of operations. This was not an easy decision to make.

On March 31st, 2019 – Rivals will be racing off into the sunset, and will be permanently shut down. Current players have until this date to utilize any accumulated virtual currency. We’ll be offering some massive reductions in the cost of crates, installs and repairs in addition to a reduction on timers as you race your way into the history books. Effective immediately, no new in-app purchases will be permitted.

In closing, a resounding and sincere THANK YOU to our extremely driven fans for your loyalty and dedication over the years – we hope you’ve enjoyed playing Racing Rivals as much as we’ve enjoyed creating it.

Stuck in a completed D class tournament for 2 days

Hey all,

About 2 days ago I crashed in a d-class tourney with I believe an error code of 555. From then on I load into the tournament and it says waiting for the last race to finish. But the race finished 2 days ago. Tried everything including reinstalling without any luck. I seem to be stuck in an endless server loop. Any ideas? Username is SABBATH HB and I can not access the "?" in game for support? Thanks.

    Thanks for the quick response PhoenixX. I have sent an email to customer support stating basically the same thing as I've posted here. Though I did add some additional details per the auto-response email I received back. I was just hoping someone here had a quick fix for this particular issue. I've tried about all I can think of to break out of the tournament but I'm in an endless loop lol. I've seen in recent posts the wait time for tickets is like 7 days +/-? Is that still accurate? It just figures my vacation starts in 6 days -2 hours - and 57 minutes. (not that I'm counting... ) Are you able to confirm an "approximate" wait time for tickets? Thanks again.

    what happen if reinstall game??

    yesterday my acc lost( ign: XX W 4 N F I X XX ), now got this problem! error 555. ( new racer ign: XX LOST ACC XX )

    Just got error 500 twice in a row. Same scenario. In a tournament, got code 500. How I got out. Hit reload, load into black screen with music. Force stop the game and clear it from memory. Restart game. 1st time it loaded me back into the tournament. I was able to hit leave and go back to my garage. Then properly close game and clear from memory again. Restart game. All seems good. Join a new tournament lobby. Win 1 race and error 500 again. Followed same sequence again and it seems ok. This time it didn't load me back into the tournament, just my garage. But again I followed the same sequence. Hope that helps.

    Edit: and what's with all text changing languages? Goes from English to Spanish to Arabic and everything in between?

    Edit edit: that makes 3 times in 30 mins. I can't complete a tournament. Is this still being worked on?

    Not to be rude but what's the point? You obviously know there's a problem. I can only assume you're working on a fix seeing how I simply asked if you were working on the issue and you responded with the typical cookie cutter response of submitting a ticket (edit: without even an explanation)(I get that your forum mods, not the devs.) . I realize the mods here are likely volunteers and have to deal with a good bit of crap. And it wouldn't surprise me if at least some of you have forgotten why you became mods in the first place (to help people). Honestly I wouldn't blame any of you either after reading some of the other posts here. But if you're just going to copy and paste a response without answering a very simple question, why bother posting? I mean no disrespect here. I'm just a little ticked off. I enjoy the game. I've spent $$ on it here and there but nothing crazy. But seriously, I won't even run for pinks due to fear of loosing to a glitch/crash/error or hack. Hopefully the issue is being worked on and someone will let's us know when it's been resolved. But for now I think I'm gonna stick with Real Racing 3. At least it works. /endrant.
