Over the course of the last five years, Racing Rivals has grown into one of the most hardcore racing games in the world. This loyal community has spent countless hours competing in millions of races in “winner take all” fashion – all in the name of Turf Wars and pink slips.

However, all good things must come to an end… After spending time evaluating Rivals and its future – we’ve decided that it’s time to move on. Simply put, the revenue generated from Racing Rivals unfortunately no longer covers the cost of operations. This was not an easy decision to make.

On March 31st, 2019 – Rivals will be racing off into the sunset, and will be permanently shut down. Current players have until this date to utilize any accumulated virtual currency. We’ll be offering some massive reductions in the cost of crates, installs and repairs in addition to a reduction on timers as you race your way into the history books. Effective immediately, no new in-app purchases will be permitted.

In closing, a resounding and sincere THANK YOU to our extremely driven fans for your loyalty and dedication over the years – we hope you’ve enjoyed playing Racing Rivals as much as we’ve enjoyed creating it.

Lost Account

My ticket has been in for 14 days so I am assuming I will be receiving help soon. I upgraded phones and when I linked my google info I still lost my account. Since then, while waiting for this issue to be fixed, I have been playing on my new account and have gotten quite far. When you fix this issue, what exactly happens? Will my new account go away or will the two accounts be merged? Will all of the RRC and cars from my old account just be transferred to my new account? I am just wondering if I will lose the RRC and cars that I have accumulated on my new account when you attempt to fix my old account. Please let me know what to expect, Thank you.

    You will lose the new account... Although it isn't supported you could send your cars and cash to a friend to give to your old account when you get it.

    You can link your new profile with another log in method so you will be able to access it on a different device. But no, you will not lose it because accounts are never lost. However, support does not transfer cars, cash, or gems between accounts.

    True accounts are never lost. But you would need to go through support again :smiley:

    Yeah I've been waiting for my old account (same name as here add me) to overwrite my new one becuase I lost it in an update. I miss my Charger Hellcat. :(

    I got the same autogenerated email that I recieved when I first submit a ticket a couple days ago. Can an admin tell me if my ticket is actually in line to get help? Same IGN as forum name.

    If you got the auto response then yes it was received. I know it sucks to wait guys but Support is working as quickly as they can to get to everyone.

    Since I know people are watching this thread so they can get an idea of when they will have their ticket fixed, I will post updates. My ticket was submitted on Aug 5th, so not counting Aug 5th my ticket has been in line for 13 business days (19 days total). I will post again when my issue is resolved, or next Monday if it has not been fixed yet.
