Over the course of the last five years, Racing Rivals has grown into one of the most hardcore racing games in the world. This loyal community has spent countless hours competing in millions of races in “winner take all” fashion – all in the name of Turf Wars and pink slips.

However, all good things must come to an end… After spending time evaluating Rivals and its future – we’ve decided that it’s time to move on. Simply put, the revenue generated from Racing Rivals unfortunately no longer covers the cost of operations. This was not an easy decision to make.

On March 31st, 2019 – Rivals will be racing off into the sunset, and will be permanently shut down. Current players have until this date to utilize any accumulated virtual currency. We’ll be offering some massive reductions in the cost of crates, installs and repairs in addition to a reduction on timers as you race your way into the history books. Effective immediately, no new in-app purchases will be permitted.

In closing, a resounding and sincere THANK YOU to our extremely driven fans for your loyalty and dedication over the years – we hope you’ve enjoyed playing Racing Rivals as much as we’ve enjoyed creating it.

As the title suggests, I think that the Suzuki Cappuccino should come to the game. Yes, it is not very well known and most people reading this will have to google it, but ill give you some background information to save time. The Cappuccino was built in the 90s as a small, light, Japanese roaster. It had a front mid-engine turbocharged 0.7 L (657 cc) DOHC I-3 that sent power to the back wheels thru a 5 spd manual or 3 spd auto. The car was very light and went like a tiny flea out of hell. The car is almost perfect for modifications to the engine and body and can really make a good car for the game.

I think if it were to come to the game it should be in the c class since its somewhat sporty but still not that fast. the car would add something less known to the game but still fun and upgradable for a cheap price. I sure would buy it if it was in the game and Im sure others would too.

Anyone who played Gran Turismo should know what it is. Or watched Initial D, although that's probably not as mainstream.

Don't forget the Honda Beat and Autozam AZ-1 of the same period and similar specs. The AZ-1 was even mid-engined!

I'd disagree about C class by the way, the things were very quick but also very far from fast. They made about 70hp and similar torque, even though they were only 1600lbs that gives a power:weight ratio worse than the D-class Corolla GT-S.

@james614 I think it should be in c class because it was not designed to be a somewhat sporty version of a family hatchback. it was purpose built to be fun.

In most games the classes go by actual performance and not the "intent" of the car. But the devs would ultimately class it according to their own standards for balancing the game and likely would not be taking input on that anyways.

@james614 your right it is ultimately based on them and the chances of this car making it in is slim but it could happen
