Over the course of the last five years, Racing Rivals has grown into one of the most hardcore racing games in the world. This loyal community has spent countless hours competing in millions of races in “winner take all” fashion – all in the name of Turf Wars and pink slips.

However, all good things must come to an end… After spending time evaluating Rivals and its future – we’ve decided that it’s time to move on. Simply put, the revenue generated from Racing Rivals unfortunately no longer covers the cost of operations. This was not an easy decision to make.

On March 31st, 2019 – Rivals will be racing off into the sunset, and will be permanently shut down. Current players have until this date to utilize any accumulated virtual currency. We’ll be offering some massive reductions in the cost of crates, installs and repairs in addition to a reduction on timers as you race your way into the history books. Effective immediately, no new in-app purchases will be permitted.

In closing, a resounding and sincere THANK YOU to our extremely driven fans for your loyalty and dedication over the years – we hope you’ve enjoyed playing Racing Rivals as much as we’ve enjoyed creating it.

Customer service issue

It's been 3 weeks since customer service replied to my issue saying they are looking into it! 4 weeks since my initial issue was raised! I now can't message them in the game it's just not sending, so I have had to try on here.
Personally I think since the update my ticket has been lost!
Racer name Panthersnake.
Don't remember date or time all I know it was that (fr 500) connection problem n I lost my wrc 2006 in a race that never took place!.

    Sparkle I have a problem. For a reason I got banned in multiplayer section. This happened 4 days ago. I sent email I used "?" in game and none is responding. Shall I wait more ?

    Im starting to regret playing this game. For the second time I have lost access to my account. The first time I contacted customer service via email and the forums with no responses from either. Now my account won't even open. Needless to say I am frustrated and ready to stop playing all together. I simply want a response with something other than "we will look into it" which seems to be your go to response. I understand that the amount of players far out number the customer service reps but to be completely ignored is a little insulting. For the final time please help me recover my account named lookwhosraceingnow thank you a long time player Guy

    Hello Sage I put in a trouble ticket and I would like to know why my account got banned. I've spent 600 bucks and have receipts to prove this. I only been on here for less than a month. I got banned shortly after I made big purchases of mystery crates. I feel I've been ripped off after spending that kind of money. My user name on here is the same as the game.

    I have submitted a ticket 2 weeks ago, to have my racer REECKY TAN linked back to my google account. Turf starts today and I cant even join my team. I have provided a new temporary racer already linked for it to be replaced by my racer. Please someone look into this. Thank you!

    Support's response wait time is a little longer than usual due to an increase in demand for support. A member from the support team will be getting back to you soon regarding your issue.
